Horrible communication. 100% non-existent. They keep their phone number hidden online, as you can't find it anywhere on their site or elsewhere. I contacted them by replying to an email that told me my package was delivered. Unfortunately, it was delivered 1500 miles away, and they never replied to my notification. I contacted them via the "Contact us here" tab on their website, but never received a reply. I also reached out via their FB page, but again, No Reply. Yes, eventually I got another hat in the mail, but even then, I had no idea it was coming as there was NO shipping email or text telling me so. Unbelievable!
